Balaji heads EVC Labs, a technology accelerator division of EVC Ventures. He oversees client-facing product development, EVC Accelerator platform engineering and internal technology operations.
Balaji is a hands-on technology leader with 15+ years of software engineering experience with strong exposure to Product Management, Enterprise Architecture, Software Development, Test Engineering, DevOps and Artificial Intelligence. Prior to joining EVC Ventures, Balaji was in technology leadership roles with ADP, Cisco Systems, Cognizant Technology Solutions and a Supply chain startup.
Balaji holds a MBA in Systems from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Madras and has also an executive Data Science specialization from IIT, Roorkee. He is a gold medalist and a university rank holder during his graduation. Balaji stays active in industry-relevant certifications such as Advance Product Management from IPL, PMP and TOGAF.
Kathleen is a Partner with EVC Ventures and is member of EVC Ventures' Investment Committee. She leads EVC Ventures' largest industry segments in education and mobile apps and currently serves as the Director of three EVC Ventures' portfolio companies.

Anjli Jain is a Limited Partner at EVC Ventures, a $50 million Chicago-based venture capital fund and the Founder & Chairman of Campus Consortium, a global consortium of 2000+ colleges and universities. She was on the Fifth Annual Women's Leadership Forum at Notre Dame College in Cleveland, Ohio and has been on the Board of Directors for the Greater Cleveland YWCA and a few other tech-based entities. Anjli is also on the Chair of Columbia Venture Community (CVC), a non-profit endorsed by Columbia University.
In 2011, Anjli was a recipient of the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club's Northeast Ohio Top 25 Under 35 Movers & Shaker Award. She has also been featured among the top women VCs of the United States by Women VC
As a female tech entrepreneur, investor and social activist, her goal has always been to inspire and support women entrepreneurs who are interested in revolutionizing the way the world learns. Anjli currently supports a few organizations such as the Chicago Foundation For Women and Inspiration Corporation which helps and assists girls, women and those affected by poverty and lack of opportunity to improve their lives and provide them the necessary support. Kurt is a Partner with EVC Ventures and focuses on the representation of companies in all facets of their business, including corporate formation and structure, business strategy and deal negotiation (merger and acquisition and capital raising), complex contract negotiation and drafting (including joint venturing, licensing, development and services agreements) and protection of intellectual property (including trademark registration and prosecution, copyright, and other computer and technology law). He represents primarily closely held companies in a variety of industries, including retail, fashion, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, media, ecommerce and computer technologies, with a high level of concentration in representing technology companies.
Kurt provides a wealth of business knowledge and background to his clients, spending a significant amount of time assisting companies in their critical management, operational and strategic business decisions, enabling clients to execute on their business model more efficiently and cost effectively.
Kurt earned his B.A. in economics from the University of Rochester and his J.D. from the Syracuse College of Law. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal Courts in New Jersey and New York, and is a member of the New Jersey, New York and American Bar.

He has over two decades of experience in financial planning and business development, with a strong track record of delivering growth by defining and executing strategic plans, recruiting and developing high-performance teams and driving product development and commercialization.
His responsibilities include conducting financial analyses, assessing technologies and development efforts, interviewing references, and researching markets for companies under evaluation. A serial Entrepreneur, an Innovator and a Business creator Vipul until recently was the Managing Director of GI Group, India. Vipul entered the recruitment sector over a decade back when he founded Elixir Consulting which GI acquired from him in March of 2012. Under his leadership, Elixir Consulting transformed into one of the leading names in the industry of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO). A concept that was pioneered by Elixir for the first time in India. Vipul was also the founder of “Elixir School of Recruitment” India’s first school to train recruiters. In addition to his role at GI Group, he is also championing the objectives of ISF as a Trustee and Member of the Executive Board.
Earlier in his career, Vipul has managed several ventures which includes Websity, Regarde New York and Pristine. In the year 2011, he was awarded as one of the top 50 Inspiring Entrepreneurs of India by Cyber Media.
